Welcome to Improve Tutoring! My name is Kathy Lewis, and I am the founder and director of Improve Tutoring. I am a secondary school teacher with over ten years experience. My passion is to help all students become life-long learners. I provide private English tutoring services on-line, face-face, one-on-one via Zoom.

I specialize in reading, writing, and oral communication at all levels: ELL, ESL, elementary, high school and college/university students, and adult literacy.

I have extensive experience with online and in-class learning using LMS, programs and soft-wares such as D2L, Brightspace, Moodle Google classroom, Skype and VSEE .

I understand that language development is a gateway to creative thoughts. Therefore, all lessons are student-focused with clear and concise instructions and critical and descriptive feedback for improvement.
